Alan Bates, EA (Enrolled Agent)

A resident of Boulder, Alan is a degreed accountant and QuickBooks Pro Professional Advisor who has been representing taxpayers for over 20 years. Having worked at a large International Public Accounting firm and as an Accounting Manager and Controller for several Fortune 500 companies, Alan struck out on his own in 1993 and prior to joining Taxworks, successfully operated his own Public Accounting Practice in the South East Metro Denver area. Currently, Alan specializes in Corporate entities, accounting and bookkeeping compliance, payroll activities, and of course taxpayer representation.

A resident of Boulder, Tony is a Chartered Accountant who received his training at Price Waterhouse Coopers and subsequently worked and gained many years experience as Chief Financial Officer for large public and family-owned businesses. He has also owned and operated a successful publishing business.

Tony specializes in providing accounting, forecasting, financial planning and advisory services to small and medium sized businesses.
